Hailing from the Crystal Sea, Mer-Man is the ruler of all of the oceans of the planet Eternia. He is amphibious, allowing him to breathe on land and in the sea, and is stronger than an average human. Mer-Man often lends a hand to Skeletor in his goal of seizing Castle Grayskull.
